What is included in each subscription box?

Each month, your box includes a themed mixture of spiritual encouragement, wellness items, and emotional support tools.
You’ll receive a candle or spray, scripture/affirmation cards, a reflection or journal card, a prayer card, a comfort item (tea, snack, or self-care product), and an optional digital bonus.

How are the Healing in Progress Box and Caregiver Comfort Box different?

Healing in Progress focuses on emotional healing, peace, and faith-centered self-care.
Caregiver Comfort focuses on rest, burnout relief, and uplifting caregivers who pour into everyone else.

✨ BILLING & SUBSCRIPTION QUESTIONS

When will I be billed?

Your subscription renews on the same date each month as your original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation every time your payment processes.

Can I skip a month?

Yes. You can pause or skip your box anytime through your account dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. There are no contracts or penalties. You may cancel at any time, and your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

When do boxes ship?

Boxes ship between the 1st–5th of every month.

How long does shipping take?

Most customers receive their box within 3–7 business days depending on location.

What if my box arrives damaged?

Oh no! Email us at yourjoyfulhaven@gmail.com within 3 days with a photo, and we’ll be happy to replace your damaged item.

Can I choose what comes in my box?

At this time, all boxes are curated to match the monthly theme. However, you may request allergy-friendly or scent-free options when available.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes! Simply select “Gift Subscription” at checkout and include your message. We’ll add a special gift note at no extra cost.
